I am writing to say a huge ‘thank you’ for all your help, support and guidance during this year. The fact that a presidency was relatively (and paradoxically) stress-free is largely due to your contributions.
I certainly cannot think of anyone who deserves a Distinguished Service Award more than you. You have made a huge difference in helping physicians care for their patients throughout the multiple levels of organized medicine that you have served. Through your leadership and guidance, you have had more to do with improving the health care of patients than most physicians.
I want to thank you for being so completely on the ball and proactive throughout this confusing and frustrating process. You’re a gem and I’m really glad you’re working with us.
